3 Simple Exercises Can Produce Great Results

Posted on | May 19, 2009 |

push-upIt’s true. The simplest and easiest exercises really do produce great, fat-burning results in the long run, if only you apply them properly. Take 3 exercises for example:

The Pull Up

The Push Up

and The Sit Up.

These are, in fact, simple exercises. You can do all 3 of these exercises separately over a period of time, and most likely get stronger in all 3 areas. You probably will pump out a few more push ups you can do, or maybe increase the amount of pull ups as you continue to work at it. You might even get some muscularity and definition from doing enough repetitions or with the use of some added weight to these movements. Yet, if you were to combine these in a super-set, performing them back to back to back with no rest in between, you would see major results in a very short time. You would burn fat, burn calories, and increase your muscularity and definition, all because you simply changed a few things.

How?

The intensity that you perform these exercises can have a dramatic effect on your physical results. Doing these 3 exercises separately; and I mean, doing a few sets of pull ups, with rests, then moving on to doing a few sets of push ups, rest, then doing sit ups will not leave you out of breath or really pumped up. But if you performed 5 pull ups, then dropped down and did 5 push Ups, and then moved right into doing 5 sit ups, all without stopping to rest, you’re going to notice a difference right away. Imagine if you did this for 5 minutes straight. I guarantee you will feel and notice yourself getting stronger and more defined after just a few workouts than you would if you were to do these separately over months and months. Try a 5 minute set and see for yourself.

I’ll be making an example video of this simple workout to show you just what I mean.
