I am an avid workout junkie, helping other people achieve their physical fitness goals as I achieve mine. I am a certified personal trainer and have competed in both sanctioned U.S.A Boxing and Muay Thai Boxing bouts. My own personal fitness goals are based around staying in top physical conditioning with workouts involving Bodybuilding, Power Lifting, Circuit and H.I.T. Cross-Fit training, Martial Arts, among many others.
Whether I am personal training my girlfriend, my friends, or my clients, my goal is to push people to a level of physical fitness that they didn’t think they could have once achieved. The human body is capable of far more than we give it credit for. I like to push that boundary.
