John Blaze Workout Video
I came across this Video and was pretty impressed with the strength of this guy’s shoulders. Not only is he strong, but he has a tremendous amount of endurance. Check out the video.

Monster Leg Workout Video
Last November I wrote a post about performing a monster leg workout. Below is a video of my Squats workout yesterday showing my final set for squats.
