Chest in the New Year

This week’s chest workout was a basic workout.
I was pretty tired from a hectic vacation and going to bed really late for the past few nights, so my circadian rhythm was off. I was worn out, didn’t eat that well for the past week, and just all around felt lazy and depleted.
Unfortunately, James felt the same way so we couldn’t exactly motivate and feed off of each other.
Cardio
Elliptical machine for 20 minutes.
Barbell Flat Bench
2 warm up sets of
135 lbs x 20 reps
135 lbs x 15 reps
225 lbs x 10 reps
225 lbs x 8 reps
245 lbs x 6 reps
Dumbbell Incline Bench
70 lbs x 12 reps
85 lbs x 10 reps
100 lbs x 10 reps
100 lbs x 10 reps
Cable Flyes
70 lbs x 12 reps
80 lbs x 10 reps
80 lbs x 10 reps
