Excited for squats! Am I weird?

Today is another vicious leg day workout. My workout partners James and B.J. know what’s in store for later on this evening when we meet at the gym. I just hope they had a big lunch to give them enough energy to carry them through the workout.
I am actually looking forward to hitting the gym today, even though it’s all legs. It’s probably because I have been hitting it hard on a consistent basis over the past few months and I am looking forward to seeing some growth. Last week I did 4 clean reps at 345lbs barbell squat so I am anticipating seeing if I can match that feat again this week
The leg workout will consist of leg press at 270 lbs to warm up with. We typically do 3 sets of 15 reps a piece. Then it’s on to heavy barbell squats. The hard part of today’s workout will be doing a triple drop-set on the final squat set before moving on to doing machines or lunges.
