High and Mighty Chest

It’s odd how on Monday, which is a universal chest day at gyms everywhere, the gym is usually packed, but this week it was dead. You couldn’t beg people to work out on the benches to do chest, which for the beginning of the year, is strange. Unfortunately on Tuesday, every bench in the gym was taken. When we finally got around to working out, here’s how it went.
Flat bench
135 lbs x 20 reps
135 lbs x 16 reps
225 lbs x 12 reps
225 lbs x 10 reps
225 lbs x 10 reps
Incline dumbbell
75 lbs x 10 reps
85 lbs x 10 reps
95 lbs x 8 reps
105 lbs x 6 reps
Cable Flyes
80 lbs x 10 reps
90 lbs x 10 reps
90 lbs x 10 reps
Dips
20 reps
15 reps
14 reps
