Monster Leg Workout Video

Last November I wrote a post about performing a monster leg workout. Below is a video of my Squats workout yesterday showing my final set for squats.

This is a drop set, starting out at 315 lbs, dropsetting to 225 lbs, and then to 135 lbs, all with minimal rest. Doing this will will help increase strength, endurance, muscle mass and density. You probably want to start by just drop-setting the weight once to get used to this exercise, but you will definitely experience a surge in muscle growth and strength.
