Switching up the Leg workout this week

For the past few months, every leg workout I have done has been extremely grueling, almost to the point where I either want to faint or vomit. All that wear and tear isn’t good on the joints, so this week I switched up the workout.

Leg Extensions
130 lbs x 12 reps
130 lbs x 12 reps
150 lbs x 10 reps
180 lbs x 10 reps
220 lbs x 10 reps

Barbell Front Squats
95 lbs x 10 reps
95 lbs x 10 reps
135 lbs x 10 reps
135 lbs x 10 reps

Leg Press (One Leg)
90 lbs x 8 reps
90 lbs x 8 reps

Leg Press
270 lbs x 10 reps
270 lbs x 10 reps
360 lbs x 10 reps

Hamstring Curls (Machine)
120 lbs x 10 reps
140 lbs x 10 reps
160 lbs x 10 reps

Cardio
15 minute run on the cardio, alternating between level 5.0 and 6.0 on incline 1.5.
